- E-sign the engagement letter + scope of work

- Complete the VIP Week Bookkeeping Catch-Up Workbook
- Create a Keeper login (you'll receive an invitation) & begin uploading the required documents

- Grant accountant access to QuickBooks Online
- Estimated time to complete: 2-3 hours
- Discuss information provided in the workbook
- Answer any initial questions & how to access/answer/upload in Keeper
- Call duration: 45 minutes
- I'll get to work categorizing transactions & reconciling up to 5 connected bank accounts (ask about the fee for more accounts)
- When I have questions for you, I'll add them to Keeper. You agree to respond to those questions within 24 hours
- When I'm done, we'll hold a Finished! call to go over what I did, where you are, etc.
- For the next 60 days, you get asynchronous email support for the work I did (I'll answer questions related to the work completed, but not perform new work)
- Call duration: 60 minutes

IN A WEEK!
Just remember - you’re hiring me for a week, part-time (thanks to my kids), so the scope of our work together is limited.
I can categorize transactions and reconcile up to 5 bank and credit card accounts during our time together, but if there is a large volume or complex transactions additional hourly fees may apply.
I also cannot analyze existing transactions for accuracy, advise you about tax things, or prepare financial reports.
Plus... life happens, so it may take a bit longer than anticipated. I always ask my clients for flexibility & grant them the same.
Finally, any delays from you, in uploading the pre-work documentation or in answering questions, slows me down and could even result in needing to reschedule your VIP Week to a later date.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
(1) VIP Week Bookkeeping Catch-Up does not include analysis of your chart of accounts, asset & liability balances, or the undeposited funds account. It does not include extensive research into discrepancies or unclear transactions or the generation of any financial reports.
(2) You must have a current subscription to QuickBooks Online and/or pay an additional QBO Setup Fee of $500
(3) Your business must be service-based with minimal inventory AND located in the United States
(4) The 5 bank/credit card accounts to be categorized & reconciled must have an automatic bank connection to QBO
(5) Additional accounts can be added for a $500 fee per account
(6) You agree to provide the documentation requested in the VIP Week Bookkeeping Workbook at least 7 days before your Kick-off Call AND answer questions during your VIP Week in the Keeper app within 24 hours. Failure to do either may result in delay or cancellation of your VIP Week.
(7) The catch-up work may take longer than a week, and there may be additional fees due to unexpected complexity. You will receive notice of either situation as soon as possible.
(8) No refunds are offered once your VIP Week has been paid for

- What if I don't have any bookkeeping records yet?Please book a discovery call at https://calendly.com/ralea/discovery to discuss. If you have a new business, it's not a problem, but older businesses will require more work (and possibly multiple VIP Weeks).
- What if I need to reschedule?You can reschedule your VIP Week up to 48 before the Kick-off Call. Rescheduling after that will result in a $100 cancellation fee being assessed. Work will not commence until that fee has been paid.
- What's your refund policy?No refunds are offered once a VIP Week is purchased because you're taking up valuable time on my busy calendar.
You can reschedule your VIP Week (for free) at least 48 hours before the Kick-off Call is scheduled if something comes up.

Additional services offered include QBO setup, categorization & reconciliation of additional bank & credit card accounts, VIP Week Bookkeeping Cleanup (a deeper dive into problem areas in your books), and ongoing monthly bookkeeping services. - Does my business qualify for a VIP Week?Your business is eligible for a VIP Week Bookkeeping Catch-Up if it is (1) U.S.-based, (2) uses QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, and (3) is mostly service-based with limited inventory.
The bank and credit card accounts you want me to work on must also be set up to sync.
RaLea was very helpful! She parsed through my answers to questions and brought out actionable steps. She also gave me items to tackle going forward.
She was nonjudgmental, and took circumstances into account, which is good when dealing with money. She pointed out possibilities for a later date down the road as well.
